This is my mom, Wilma! Boy am I gonna be in trouble when she finds out I was taking pictures! LOL

I started a Valentine OSW when Kelly first brought it up. Since I had a coupon from Archiver's for free card stock... why not!

I had it all cut out, but hated the colors! Go figure right

Well my mom put it together so I let her keep it...not sure if she embellished it at all yet, but
after she got it all glued it was kinda pretty!

I look like a football player!

It's a good 3" of padding! lol

You know me, I can't leave anything alone! I had to look. Now I am bummed, he told me I'd have stitches... those look like staples to me! WOW! Look at that bruise!

Went to the doc on Tuesday to have the staples removed. He changed his mind. I did get a clear bandage so I can shower...YAY!

The purple marks are where each person initials that they did something; Anesthesia, was the first, then I had a nerve blocker .Those marks are still there, I think they used permanent Sharpies! lol

Well at least the bruise is going away!

No stamping yet...grrrrr!

Chloe is a rescue kitty. She is 16 and had to get a new home.

Wilbur is my buddy. He is Spooks older brother.

Cheyenne is Clint's puppy. She is 9 weeks old. Part Boxer and Lab. Right now Joker is boss, but she's gonna be big and very bossy!

My little Spook

Spook was an April baby, but he is still so small. He's not even a foot long.
Tommy and Louie both have soft ball sized heads and it feels like a moose when they walk on you, Spook can sneak all the way to your head before you realize he got on the bed.
I worry so much about rolling over on him! LOL
He sleeps on top of Clint mostly or he shares my pillow.
I went in this morning to make the bed after Clint got up and this is how I found him!

This is him in my den sleeping in the rocker. He was sitting up leaning against the back of the chair. He fell asleep and slowing just leaned over, then tucked his head under him.
I have to laugh, he reminds me of a caterpillar all rolled up.
Can you see his tail goes up around his head.

Now I feel watched! He is my supervisor. He attacks my monitor when anything is animated or he notices the cursor moving.
He is actually trying to bug Chloe, she simply has no time for him, but he really likes annoying her. He reaches out to touch her and she turns to scowl at him. Remember those commercial "I'm not touching you" Well that's these two!

Dave got a new place

Trying so hard to get a picture of his face, he has these wild looking eyes!

We cleaned up Moe's old place and moved Dave in, he went from an effiency apartment to a Penthouse Suite! LOL
His original place was a 5 gallon now he's in a 40 gallon.
Clint was joking that we should find a couple of girls for him and he can keep one up at each end of this village and neither would ever run into each other! Now I know where his mind is! LOL
Dave has made laps from one end to the other since we put him in. He moves pretty fast too!

I need to go get more things for him to climb on I guess, not sure if he will like the vines.. we'll see.

Tommy and Wilbur had a hard night I think

I wasn't sleeping so at 1 am I got up and came to my room to work on cards. Tommy was int he chair to my right and Wilbur in the computer chair on the left.

Once I had noticed they were just laying there watching me. So I rubbed their heads. I'd pet them each time I got up to get something.

Sometime before 7 am they went to sleep. Card making bored them! Don't they just look like they are passed out form a rough night! LOL

Yeah, it's a Hermit Crab.
He's living in my room right now, but he's going to go live int he man Cave.
He really creeps me out! He isn't even as big as a golf ball!
The cats have no interest in it. Well, Wilbur wants to lay in his habitat under the light I put in for some heat.
I am not ready to turn on the furnace! LOL But I do not want to freeze this guy his first week here.
I have touched it, but if he touched me I'd freak!
Lizards are so less creepy!
He needed a home and yo know me... he now has one!

Here she is walking around the store here.
The vet in our strip mall has had her in a cage for a couple of months now. She really needed a home.
she's 16 yrs old, fixed and declawed.
My co-worker Matt even had her purring. she loved him! He tried to take her, but his parnets would have probably made him homeless! LOL

The Vet's office closed at noon today and I work till 5, so this is a litter box the vet borrowed me while she is at work with me. She is only using it for a bed!

This pic was taken in the Vets office when I met her. Boy she is so crabby looking!

Dresser Card

I wanted ababy card for Carrie to use as her announcements so I searched SCS galleris. I come across the cutest little dresser card.
Got a tad bit side tracked on the baby card idea.. which turned out okay! She found premade cards and is sending them to me to assemble! Darn child!
I used aluminum foil for the mirror, turned out kinda cool!

Not sure why that drawer looks funny at the top. It looks fine sitting here. Some optical illusion in the photo!

I am making the living room into my craft room-den
We have them about half switched, I am washing the walls and scrubbing the floors as I go. The living room is hard wood flooring and the den is carpet.

I am also purging my stuff as I pack it up.

The LSS is having a Rummage Sale in November and I will put more unused stuff on there. anything with dust means I really don't need it. Besides the sale gives me store credit.

Clint got a puppy last week, her name is Missy
she is part Cocker Spaniel Shih Tzu and Poodle

She can walk under Joker.. that's hilarious! She is terrified of Wilbur and Tommy the big cat is scared of her.
Missy whines when Tommy moves and we're thinking that's what bothers him.
We have no idea how old Tommy is, he just showed up here one day. She chases after Zeus the got, but if he stops she runs and hides under the car.

My friend Holly sent me a purse with a Top Note as the flap

The purse was a shorty so I tweaked that part to fit the poem I printed out.

There are magnets for the closure. One is hidden under the flower, the other is very visible once you open the purse.

Happy Birthday Cameron! I found out after I had this one ready to go, he prefers kitties!

This is my first card for Deb's Challenge.I made it with Clint in mind, but never gave it to him. I used Smooch and Spica for the truck. I'll have more details in my SCS Gallery.

This card was made for Clint by Laurie. Her and Tom sent him a bag of each flavor M&M's. She spoils him!!

Our little Pygmy Angora Goat Zeus is house broken and I let him come in to visit.

I was brushing him and he just fell over!

Wilber was trying to rst and I kept poking him to make him look at me.. and WOW what a look I got!!

He finally got off the couch to have peace!

Tommy thinks baskets and bags belong to him, even if he doesn't fit

He had his head over the other leg of the rocker till he heard my camera. He does not look comfortable!

Joker seemed attracked to Clints shoes.

Very weird dog!!

Then he took a nap in Clint's lap.

My mom likes to sew Barbie clothes, right now she is on a Wedding Gown kick.

This is not may fave, but she won't let me take anymore pics till she's done.

The last one she made I asked her to make me one, but in red or black. It's so pretty!

I told her she should sell them. She has a huge rubber maid tote under her bed full of Barbie clothes (Ken too)

It's hard doing clothes for Ken though, the new Ken dolls are more 'buff' then the older patterns.

There are 4 little ones in the nest, all naked! Probably a good thing in this heat!

Not easy to see, but dad was right above my head in the tree. Boy is he loud when he yells at me! LOL

I go peak each day that I am home, I know they will be gone soon.
I'm hoping all 4 survive this year. Last 1 died when a storm knocked over the chelf the nest was on.
They keep building their nests where I store my flower pots. This year they put the nest right inside of my sprinkler!

I have an old (very old) swing set with no swings that I hang hoses and pots, ther eis a ladder ties across it theat I keep shoels and rakes on.

The guys were gonna build me a shed, but there are other things needed more.

Clint's dad has been cutting Poplar and Ash trees to make more room for the Oaks and Maples. Birch are very scarce around here so I protect them! LOL We do live on Birch Bark Road! Anyhow.. a bit off track there! LOL
I had tied some trees that could be cut, and the Robins fly at Clint and Dave when they walk over there, I think those trees will stay for a bit longer. At least Papa Robin has chosen an oak

He was bottle fed, and house broken.

He wants nothing to do with me... nothing! Tommy the kitty on the other hand.. he followed him in the house!

Joker couldn't believe he was in the house! I let him off the leash and they ran from one end to the other a few times.

Joker got up in Clint's lap, I thought for sure Zeus was going to follow!
He even came over and sniffed my leg. That's the closest he has gotten to me!

I had some trouble coloring that rooster... man is he small! LOL

The stamp set is from SU Farm Life
I used the Cricut Cartridge Storybook to cut the card and mats
SU Ink.. Close To Cocoa, Really Rust and Chocolate Chip
I colored it mostly with SU Pastels and a bit with Koh-i-nor Pencils

Clint got a real good laugh out this one... I was on the phone while I was stamping, I stamped the animals upside down (as you can see I had to trim the top edge)
so I flipped it over and did it over.. upside down again!
So I cut a new piece... well 4 new pieces later I got it!

I've wasted card stock before, but not so much of the same thing!

Not a good picture, but it's raining and so gloomy there is just no good light to be found.

My Robins are back!!

The Robin's made their nest in my flower pots last year. I had to move them just so I could use a pot!

Now this year I put all but one pot upside down, so I would not have to move any one so what do they do?
They put theier nest on the other slef in my garden! At least I don't need anything from that side. But I got a picture!

The Robins were here when i got home last night and did my usual yard/critter check. I knew there were eggs somewhere!

I have no idea where that railing came from, but it's been out back in the scrap pile for a few years. So I took it!
Joe helped me bring it up to my yard, but we needed to move 2 of my boulders for it to go where I wanted it to be.
Most of my rocks are HUGE! Clint and Andy brought them to me using a bobcat and they stay right where they got dropped!
No clue what that little flower is.. can someone tell me?

My BIL Passed away in April and my sister Teresa asked for a few Thank you cards

I used MDS to create these, I touched them up with buttons, Dew Drops, Top Note Die and some Smooch.. which I smeared tossing them into the box.. darn it!

This set of 6 is for a SCS Sketch.. but since my computer and theirs don't seem to be speaking ( a techy issue) I can not even remember the sketch number.
I get a weekly coupon from Archiver's for buy 3 and get 3 cardstocks.. so I got 3 colors for these cards.
All those layers make it a bit heavy, extra postage YAY
But I did get one more stamp used... getting closer to my Reesolution goal!
One stamp set at a time!

This cute little bunny is Raye's stamp. I had to stamp one for me to color. I didn't make 1 single Easter Card this year... not a one!
I did however, stamp this, color it and take a pic with my cell and share it with everone on Easter Morning!

This adorable bear and Locket necklace came from my daughter and Son in MO. They got a birthstone for all 3 kids and me for inside.. and he is so soft! He's an early Mother's Day gift..... I don't' think she meant for it to get here so quick!

I received this huge package of goodies from Australia! My Big Secret Sister is such a spoiler! 2 Chocolate Bears, Ribbons, Card Stocks, Buttons and a very pretty card! Thanks Sis! Happy Easter to you too!

I've been cleaning

This is my table for stamping on.. and for oh I'd say the last month.. un-seeable! I have been working on Christmas cards for my challenge and any thing I have the is Christmas related has been laying there!
Well last night iwas trying to pick things up because Wilbur cleared half the table.
So I decided to put things away a bit!
Not sure how long you'll be able to see any of it! LOL

This table Clint picked up at Pamida on clearance.. works great for taking pics of scrap pages!
My plan was to have it in the living room, then I thought about in the bedroom so I could color in bed.. now here it sits in my room! LOL
Maybe I need 2 more... hint hint!

Now you see where all the Christmas things went! LOL I tied a basket to the side of my new Breakfast Bar, It has a towel holder on each end. I am going to pick up some S hooks so I can have removeable baskets hagning there.
I may even put a piece of peg board on one end.
there are 2 tiny drawers in the front.. no clue what I will use those for yet.
I am normally a standing scrapper so this is perfect!

I started this OSW over a year ago. I bought the paper from Archiver’s in December 2009!

I bought 11 sheets of DP and enough card stock to do the whole years challenge.

I cut out all the DP into OSW’s…. Only to forget which template went with each baggie later. LOL

Well the CS I picked for this paper was Bazill Bling and I decided I didn’t like it as a bas after all.

So I just put the pieces aside!

I got a friend to help me pick a new CS out and went a different way .. No clue which OSW template this is for anymore.

They are together and done, that’s all I cared about at this point! I’ve never procrastinated a whole year!

I got the first 5 uploaded and the ‘details’ page was nowhere to be found!

I used the Cricut on a couple for the Bases “Wild Card Cartridge”

I kinked my base a tiny bit and so I "fixed" it!

It actually still worked well for the sketch!

My mom and Raye Lynn (sister) bought this big book of printed Christmas DP.
Card stock actually, and it had 3 or 4 sheets of each design and they shared with me!

I had also printed out MOJO 2010 Sketch book and gave them a copy.

I challenged them to make a card using one of the sketches. I'd do it too just to see how different they would turn out.

So my mom picked one of the sketches and Raye picked a paper.

It has sleighs on it and my very first thought was the "Santa told me" story. Well once I cut the DP I no longer had that thought!

The CS is from Archivers. AC brand. Mostly shades of Grey but the small border punch piece and the base is a blue.
The Nesties is Label #9 a gift form my SCS Friend holly! (thank you so much)
the Stamp is SU and the ink SU Night of Navy
The ribbon, my mom gave and it took the WHOLE spool to do these 8 cards! Uff Da!
It was from her stash that could be from the 70's (she hoards ribbon i tell ya! LOL) I love looking in those drawers... she has tons, but I am not much into using it on cards.. I'm trying though!

He looks so innocent doesn't he? Well let me tell you!
He runs through the house like a mad man (Crazy cat!) He found a cap from a pop bottle and he played with that thing, up and downt he hallway all night long! Wehn we would get up to go take it away.. he would pick it up and run away with it! HE knew!!
He can not just walk past the other crittes, he has to attack them!
Poor Joker can't sleep without Wilbur walking up and biting his feet.. he is such a brat!

You've seen pics of Louie, he's is nearly 2' long his head is the size of a soft ball and he weighs about 20#. Wilbur likes to sneak up behind him and jump on him.. no brains I tell ya! Louie couldn't care less though thankfully!

Anti Social too! We can not pet him unless it's on his terms. If he walks by and I just reach out and touch him, he makes this odd noise and starts cleaning himself!
But now when he wants attention he is in your face demanding it! This litte guy can purr too! Holy buckets is he loud!
We were laying in bed watching TV and Wilbur was on my pillow purring ... I could feel it!

Last night he wanted attention, so he was in my lap, then all of a sudden he was on my desk.. in my way as you can see. So I set him on the floor.. he came right back up in front of the screen! BRAT!
I was posting on SCS and I had to look around him to find the button.. he was following the mouse!
Oh now I am laughing so hard at him, this was too much!
I wish I had gotten a picture of him with a mirror I set down at his level Between him and Joker I was in tears! Wilbur was angry about this other CAT and Joker wanted to play wit the new DOG!

I totally CASE'd this one form a friend!
Although the one she sent me was a King Size Bar!

5 1/2" sq Real Red and a 5 1/2" x 2" strip of Whisper White, a pop tab and some ribbon! That's it!!

I got a few cut outs from a friend and I put this one together this morning. I feel so challenged! I couldn't get it straight which folds go in and which should go out!
