Language of Friendship

I forgot to post this card a few weeks ago....

Not the best photo, but I just could not seem to get the sun to work with me. Either it came out so dark you'd think I had used Basic Black instead of Lucky Limeade! LOL

A very sweet friend (stampinspooky aka Sue)  used her Impressions Folder...Petals A Plenty (she sent me enough for club)
On Lucky Limeade
I cut them down to  4 1/4 x 2 1/2
Punches are Bird Builder (we stamped on Whisper White, Bird is Bashful Blue and Branch is Always Artichoke)
Boho Blossom (Whisper White Card Stock, using Rich Razzleberry and Daffodil Delight)
The 2 5/8" Scallop with Chocolate Chip and 1 3/4" Scallop with a piece of Regals DP
The sentiment is stamped with Always Artichoke

Here's 3 more using Language of Friendship

29 September 2012

This is hilarious and I sure hope you can see these pics!
Spike found my therapy rope and walked out the door with it, Mia in hot pursuit. She finally caught up and started trying to take it back.
They played tug o' war for a good 5 minutes.
Spike never got rough about it and let Mia pull the rope
But when Joe grabbed it, Spike put some weight behind his pulling!
Talk about some seriously lazy critters!
Spike looked up when I turned the camera on, Joker and Caramel however couldn't be bothered!

I was on my home from PT and less than a mile from home. Time to go home with an ice pack and relax, but......
Holy Buckets of Cows! Over 30 cows had gotten out on my neighbor and they were just walking up the road. Oh, did I mention they were not about mooooooooooooove for my car!

I even got out to try to motivate them! PISH!

Oh... that one is not a cow! Get my butt back in the car!

A Nice Day Outside

Spook and Mia played tag most of the day

Into the woods, up trees, jumping out of bushes at each other

Mia would sneak up behind Spook and start it all over again

Caramel even came out for a visit!

My Old English Chickies would not look at me for a picture

The Long Driveway! All the critters follow me to get the mail, but they all seem to get side tracked with chasing chipmunks.

 Wilbur

Cheyenne and Joker

Awake from a short nap full of mischief and energy!
Finally Mia sleeps!

Lovely As A Tree

First stamp the row of trees using Old Olive Ink somewhat centered on Whisper White Top Note
Using Always Artichoke stamp the large tree

Using the 3/4" circle punch (works better if you fold the post it in half) Punch out a Moon!
Place it wherever you want your moon to be

Sponge Night of Navy for your sky, careful not to get under the moon.
Make the sky as dark as you desire

Remove the move ans use the other piece of Post It Note as a stencil. Sponge on So Saffron

Careful not to RUB too hard across the green.. it makes the moon mucky lookin'

There is always a bit of a white edge on my moons.
If you want you can touch that up with more So Saffron after you remove the stencil

For the Snow look I used a Retired SU Set, but I like the new set Confetti, it has snowflakes!
Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder

Can You see the sparkles?

I can not tie a pretty bow for nothing so I just made a knot and put a Gold Brad through and into the Not Quite Navy Card Stock

Once again another retired SU Set!
I sponged Night of Navy around the Decorative Label Punch
Dimensionals pop it up on the card
